New Chat Feature Gives You Access to Online Help

Getting help is easy with our online chat feature.

For those of you who have visited our sites lately, you may have noticed someone gently tapping on your screen asking if you need any assistance.

Don’t be alarmed. The poltergeists aren’t coming through your monitor.

This is just Shannon, one of our Inside Sales Specialists using a new web technology that gives you, our clients, customers, and visitors, the ability to chat online with one of our specialist right from your laptop.

When you visit any one of our sites, you will see a blue box with a lovely young lady using a headset over on the right hand side. This is our "Live Support" button. When you click on it, a popup box will appear that will ask you for your location, your name (or some kind of identifier) and a question that you may have.

After filling in the information, your individual chat session will begin with Shannon, our specialist, over here.

But how will you know if Shannon is available? I mean, everybody has to go home at some point.

Well, at the bottom of the button, you will see the status of our specialist. If it says, "chat online", then Shannon is online and ready to assist. However, if it says, "chat offline", it means that she has either left for lunch or has gone for the day.

Shannon also has the ability to assist if you if you are not quite sure what you are looking for. She can initiate a chat conversation on her end to provide assistance, point you in the right direction for the latest download and help you enroll if you are ready to get started in one of our programs.

So, if you see a small window pop up asking if you need assistance, don’t be alarmed. It’s not the Genie trying to get out of the bottle. It’s just Shannon being proactive and offering you a helping hand.

Just one more way that we are making ourselves available for consultation.
